Revamped and streamlined Security Services and asset protection across the Company.
Create or implement Security Standard, Policies,and procedures for multiple properties.
Assist in Emergency Management and contingency planning.
Train Security professional members in Security policies and procedures.
Conduct physical Security audits across multiple Warehouse.
Investigate Security breaches & strength loss prevention, uncovering offences.

Manager security in order to protect company assets (Manpower, physical structure)
Supervise and conduct professional trainings of security staff.
Coordination with civil departments at local and government level to ensure corporate asset protection, emergency planning and Loss prevention.
Training of staff within the given parameters in order to implement the security SOP and directives.
Ensure compliance to all corporate directives, SOPs and management instruction given time to time as regards to safety and security of the store.
Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security matters in particular against shoplifting, theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, trespassing, vandalism, fraud or any other specific criminal actions against the interest of the store.
Identify and Intimate the trouble areas and short comings as regards to safety, security or any other matter against the interest of the store and come up with the proactive solution to support the operations.
Ensure proper attendance and shift management of third party security staff.
Ensure proper compliance of third party staff duty roster and practical implementation as per post order.
Constantly take note of safety and security gaps and report and propose remedial and or corrective measure.
Continue to create proactive employee awareness program as regards to safety and security matters within the store premises.
Sociable, cultural, amicable, customer services oriented as per business requirements, tolerance.
Assign task to team from supervisor, security officer level to the guards on a specific post to get maximum output with anticipated results and follow up.

• Maintenance & monitoring of Fire Conventional & Fire Addressable Panels installed with Fire Protection System (Automatic) Fire separation system, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Manual Call Points and Sounders etc.
• Upgration of Access Control System on daily bases to keep unauthorized persons away from the office premises, that keeps healthy atmosphere in offices to work safe & attentively.
